Property Cleaning
STARTING AT $150
STANDARD CLEANING:
Studio/1-Bedroom (under 1,000 sq.ft.): Starting at $150
Includes: General Cleaning of all rooms, including kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, vacuuming, and surface sanitization. Also includes linen cage and restocking basic supplies.
2-3 BEDROOMS (1,000 to 2,500 sq.ft.): Starting at $200
Includes: Comprehensive cleaning, linen change, restocking of essential items (toiletries, paper towels), sanitizing high-touch areas, and floor care.
4-5 BEDROOMS AND ABOVE (3,500 Sq.ft. and up): Custom Pricing
Includes: Full-service cleaning tailored to your property's size and needs. Pricing based on site evaluation.

Includes: Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and all surfaces. Detailed dusting, surface sanitization, and appliance cleaning. Price may vary based condition of the property.
MEDIUM HOME (1,000 to 2,500 sq.ft.): Starting at $400
Includes: Comprehensive move-in/move-out cleaning, kitchen, bathroom, living spaces, windows, baseboards, appliances, sanitizing and wiping down all surfaces.
LARGE HOME(2,500 to 5,000 sq.ft.):Starting at $600
Includes: Full cleaning of all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, deep sanitizing, window cleaning, appliances and detailed floor care. Special attention to high-touch area.
EXTRA LARGE HOMES (5,000 sq.ft. and above): Custom Pricing
Includes: Full-service move-in/move-out cleaning tailored to the property size. A site visit is required for an accurate estimate.
Additional Services: (can be added to any package):

Post Renovation Cleaning Services
STARTING AT $0.30 per sq.ft.
Includes: Comprehensive cleaning, removal of dust, debris, and construction residue from all areas. Price varies based on there size and scope of the project.
SMALL PROJECTS: (1,000 to 2,500 sq.ft.): STARTING AT -$500
Includes: Detailed Cleaning of all surfaces, window cleaning, baseboards, and any visible dust/debris.
LARGE PROJECTS: (2,500 to 5,000 sq.ft.): STARTING AT $750
Includes: Comprehensive post-construction cleaning, including windows, floors, and any additional detailed areas.
EXTRA LARGE PROJECTS: (5,000 sq.ft and above): Custom Pricing based on project
Includes: Full-scale cleaning, customized to the scope of the project, Pricing is based on site visit and detailed evaluation.
Additional Services: (for any size project):
-Window Cleaning starting at $100
-Floor Detailing starting at $75
-Special Detailing (e.g., baseboards, vents): $80/hr

Includes: Full cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, and common areas. Detailed dusting and sanitizing surfaces.
MEDIUM HOME (1,000 to 2,500 sq.ft.) $400
Includes: Comprehensive cleaning off all rooms, including kitchen and bathrooms, detailed dusting, vacuuming, and floor care.
Includes interior windows and basic appliance cleaning.
LARGE HOME (2,500 to 5,000 sq.ft.): $600
Includes: Full deep clean of all rooms, including hard-to-reach areas, detailed kitchen and bathroom sanitization, interior windows and floor polishing.
EXTRA LARGE HOMES (5,000 Sq.ft.and above); Custom Pricing
Includes: Customized deep cleaning based on property size and specific needs. A site evaluation is required.
Opening/Closing Cottage Care Service
OPENING SERVICES; Starting at $200
Includes: Inspection of property, preparation for the season, opening of windows, doors, basic cleaning and seasonal adjustments.
CLOSING SERVICES: Starting at $200
Includes: Winterizing the property, ensuring everything is secure and preparing for the off-season.
